SPA TREATMENTS

APPOINTMENTS: Please note that Spa appointments are subject to availability. We would advise you to book treatments in advance to avoid disappointment.

ARRIVAL: Please check in for your appointment at our Spa reception. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

WHAT TO BRING: Brooks & Co Spa does not have changing rooms. We would advise you to change in you room and arrive at the spa in the robe provided for you. If you are a day guest, we will provide a robe for you in your treatment room.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS: if you have any health concerns, conditions or if you are pregnant, please let us spa reception know when booking your treatment with us.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours 'notice. If you do not cancel your appointment within this time, you will be charged the full cost of your treatment. If you are running late for your appointment, please notify the spa reception as soon as possible. Please note, as a courtesy to other clients your appointment time will finish as scheduled and you will be charged the full cost of your treatment.

A NOTE FROM US: Please respect that Brooks& Co Spa is a quiet space. To ensure that all guests benefit from their experience with us please refrain from shouting or talking loudly. Please leave your phone in your room or turn it on silent when you are in the Spa

CLICK & COLLECT

Brooks & Co Spa only offer the option of Click & Collect.

Please allow 3 working days for Click & Collect

Orders can be collected from BROOKS & CO Spa at Glasson Lakehouse

Our opening times are 10 am - 6pm Monday to Sunday

If you would prefer to collect your order outside of this time, please email spa@glassonlakehouse.ie to make an alternative arrangement for collection.

Please bring your order receipt and ID when collecting your item

We will Keep your order for 28 days from the date of your receipt. After this period, we will contact you to process a refund. If for any reason you are unable to collect your order with in this time period, please email spa@glassonlakehouse.ie.

If you would like to collect your order after this time period, please email spa@glassonlakehouse.ie.

In the situation that we are OUT OF STOCK of an item we will contact you and issue a full refund.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY FOR CLICK & COLLECT

We offer a 14-day return policy. The 14 days start from the day on which you collect your order. We only accept returned merchandise that is unused and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning your item and please be sure to include your details and order number.

We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used.

Please do not send a return without first receiving an email authorisation from Brooks & Co Spa. We will not accept returns that we are not made aware of in advance. We must receive your return within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will process your refund less postage.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since collection of your order unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

Brooks & Co Spa does not offer the option to exchange your item.

To complete a return, we require a receipt and proof of purchase.
