Our Promise We are committed to delivering the highest standards of safety whether on land or water. Our experienced team will always have the safety of our guests as their top priority when planning activities. We carry out a full safety test/daily risk assessment before getting on the water.

Arrival Please arrive to the Activities Centre in suitable attire 10mins prior to the commencement of your Activity. Wetsuit rental is available at a cost of €10. You will receive a safety brief and full instruction on your water activity in this time and the team will take you to the Jetty to start your activity.

Bookings A Water Activity is only confirmed upon a secured receipt of full payment. Water Activities are for hotel residents only. Pre-booking of Water Activities is required to avoid disappointment. Water Activities are available from 11am until 16.00pm daily providing weather conditions are suitable. Please note we do reserve the right to change your booking, but we will advise you prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy Should you wish to cancel your Water Activity then we require a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your booking. Cancelations can be emailed to activities@glassonlakehouse.ie. Guests who cancel within 24hours incur 100% fee of the cost of the Water Activity. Should we need to cancel your Water Activity due to unsuitable weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling Guests may reschedule their booking up to 4 hours prior to the start of their appointment without incurring a penalty. However, if rescheduling is not possible on the particular day in question, then the above-mentioned cancellation policy will apply.
