Arrival Please arrive to your Hot Tub at your reserved time slot in your swimwear and robe. We do not have changing facilities.

Cancellation Policy We provide care and attention to each hot tub experience booked, replenishing the water in each tub for every booking. Should you wish to cancel your hot tub experience then we require minimum of 24 hours in advance of your booking. Cancelations can be emailed to activities@glassonlakehouse.ie. Guests who cancel within 24hours incur 100% fee of €40.00.

Running Late Should you be running late, we do require you to give us notice otherwise we will offer your hot tub to our waitlist. A 15-minute grace period will be honoured, thereafter we will release your space to our waitlist.

Rescheduling Guests may reschedule their booking up to 4 hours prior to the start of their appointment without incurring a penalty. However, if rescheduling is not possible on the particular day in question, then the above-mentioned cancellation policy will apply.

• Our hot tubs are for over 16's only.
• Pregnant women are advised to follow HSE guidelines.
• Guests who suffer from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness, should not use the hot tub without seeking medical advice.
