Cancellation Policy Should you wish to cancel your Activity then we require a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your booking. Cancelations can be emailed to activities@glassonlakehouse.ie. Guests who cancel within 24hours incur 100% fee of the cost of the Water Activity.

Rescheduling Guests may reschedule their booking up to 4 hours prior to the start of their appointment without incurring a penalty. However, if rescheduling is not possible on the particular day in question, then the above-mentioned cancellation policy will apply.
