REQUEST A ROOM DROP

Make their stay extra special with a thoughtfully chosen gift. Simply order your product or gift set and email spa@glassonlakehouse.ie to arrange your special surprise. Our Spa team will organise your gift to be brought to a room instead of collection. Please include the hotel reservation number, guests name and product order receipt number in your email. Room drop delivered between 3pm – 6pm daily

CLICK & COLLECT

Brooks & Co Spa offer the option of Click & Collect ONLY. Please allow 3 working days for Click & Collect. Orders can be collected from BROOKS & CO Spa at Glasson Lakehouse and our opening times are 10 am - 6pm Monday to Sunday. If you would prefer to collect your order outside of this time, please email spa@glassonlakehouse.ie to make an alternative arrangement for collection.

Please bring your order receipt and ID when collecting your item. We will keep your order for 28 days from the date of your receipt. After this period, we will contact you to process a refund. If for any reason you are unable to collect your order with in this time period, please email spa@glassonlakehouse.ie. If you would like to collect your order after this time period, please email spa@glassonlakehouse.ie. In the situation that we are OUT OF STOCK of an item we will contact you and issue a full refund.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy. The 14 days start from the day on which you collect your order. We only accept returned merchandise that is unused and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning your item and please be sure to include your details and order number. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used. Please do not send a return without first receiving an email authorisation from Brooks & Co Spa. We will not accept returns that we are not made aware of in advance. We must receive your return withing 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will process your refund less postage.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since collection of your order unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

Brooks & Co Spa does not offer the option to exchange your item. To complete a return, we require a receipt and proof of purchase. In the situation that you would like to return your item please email spa@glassonlakehouse.ie
